It brings me great joy to be able to serve our students who attend Alternative Education Schools. This year marks my 20th year anniversary in the field of education. I have served in different capacities during these 20 years which include teacher, instructional coach, ELD district coach, educational consultant, high school assistant principal, and now principal.
It is my personal mission to support students in achieving their dreams. In order to accomplish this, I will work tirelessly with each student and parent to ensure students leave high school college or career ready.

Me da mucha alegría poder servir a nuestros estudiantes que asisten a escuelas de educación alternativa. Este año marca mi vigésimo aniversario en la profesión de educación. He trabajado en diferentes capacidades durante estos 20 años, que incluyen maestra, entrenadora de instrucción, entrenadora de distrito de ELD, consultora educativo, subdirectora de escuela secundaria y ahora directora.
Mi misión personal es ayudar a los estudiantes a lograr sus sueños. Para lograr esto, trabajaré incansablemente con cada estudiante y padre para asegurarme de que los estudiantes salgan de la secundaria listos para universidad o estén listos para una carrera.

Last school year, we were able to implement more elements to the foundation that Lovell had built in previous years. A huge shout out to the staff for making this happen as a team.
Our P.B.I.S. team includes staff, students, a parent, and a community member. We look forward to implementing more elements of P.B.I.S. to create a culture where all students feel safe and supported.
¡La Coalición de PBIS de California reconoció a Lovell High School por la implementación exitosa de PBIS en el nivel PLATA! Nuestra escuela es un destinatario dentro del Sistema de Reconocimiento de la Coalición PBIS de California, lo que refleja la excelencia en la implementación de las características principales de PBIS.
El año escolar pasado pudimos implementar más elementos a los cimientos que Lovell había construido en años anteriores. Un gran agradecimiento al personal por hacer que esto suceda como equipo.

Alternative Learning OpportunitiesTop of Page
Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District offers alternatives for students who require
- Esperanza High School is an Independent Studies program for students needing an alternative school setting. Please visit the Esperanza School website for more information.
- Lovell High is an alternative placement for students who are not successful at the comprehensive high school.
- Cutler Orosi Community Day School is an alternative educational placement for grade 8-12 students who have been expelled from school or who have had problems with attendance and behavior and need a specific learning environment that provides the best opportunity for learning and behavior adjustment to ensure they will be successful at their next assigned school site.
- Cutler-Orosi Adult School offers adult students many continuing learning opportunities, including High School Diploma Classes, English as a Second Language class, and Parent Education.
