WASC Accredited

WASC accreditation allows students opportunities after graduation, such as:

  • qualify for financial aid

  • the ability to enlist in the Military and attend a two-year then transfer to a four-year college.

LHS was first accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) in the spring of 2011. The site has continually been validated. LHS will go through its 3-year one-day visit in the 2026-2027 school year.

Location

Lovell High School is located approximately 18 miles east of the 99 freeway, west of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, and conveniently located near Sequoia National Park, surrounding lakes and countryside views.
