Hello OHS Students and Families,

We are excited to announce our upcoming Mental Health Awareness Week: “More Good Days, Together” taking place May 18th–22nd.

Throughout the week, we will be focusing on building positive connections, promoting wellness, and strengthening our school community. Students will have the opportunity to participate in fun dress-up days and lunchtime activities designed to encourage connection, support, and engagement.

One of the highlights of the week is our Staff–Student Team Challenge during lunch. Students are encouraged to invite staff members to join them in a simple, fun activity or challenge. This initiative helps strengthen relationships between students and staff while promoting a positive and supportive school culture.

We also encourage all students to participate in spirit days and lunchtime events throughout the week. Small moments of connection—whether talking with someone, joining an activity, or simply sharing a positive interaction—can help create “more good days” for everyone.

Thank you for your continued support in helping us build a caring and connected school community.
